What counts as an active tracker?
Any tracker that is running or paused. Cancelled, expired, and failed trackers free the slot immediately.
What happens when a Free tracker expires?
Free trackers run for 30 days. You'll get an email before expiration, and you can create a new tracker or upgrade to keep it running.
Can I add other people to a tracker?
Yes — every plan lets you share alerts with up to 25 people per tracker (50 on Enterprise). Recipients confirm before getting ongoing alerts and can unsubscribe any time.
How often does Doit check prices?
Up to daily on Free, up to every 6 hours on Pro, and up to hourly on Enterprise, depending on the category and site.
What kinds of things can Doit track?
Products, flights, hotels, event tickets, real estate listings, and most other things with a public price on the web.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What if Doit can't track a page reliably?
Doit only creates a tracker after it observes a real current price. If a site can't be checked reliably, Doit tells you instead of guessing.
